We offer funding assistance for EMD, Double Closing, Gap Funding, Probate fees, Closing costs, Rehab Costs, and other types of real estate funding to bring your deals to closing and your projects to completion. We buy and sell properties through Creative Financing, give sellers their equity (if there is any), covers agent's commission and closing costs. We provide creative solutions for sellers who are in distressed situation and in dire need to either save or sell their properties.
